Looking for a way to kickstart your summer fitness goals? This month we’re offering a fitness and nutrition challenge designed to keep you motivated, get you stronger, and feeling healthier all summer long.

  • 2 InBody Body Composition Analysis scans (one at the beginning of the challenge, one at the end of the Challenge ($40 value)
  • Kickoff workshop with Tyler & Marilyn about body composition analysis, fitness programming and nutrition for body re-composition, meal prep tips & tricks ($50) value)
  • Personalized recommendations for nutrition, hydration & workouts ($50 value)
  • Solidified habits for fitness and nutrition and a kickstart to your summer goals! (Priceless)

Prizes awarded to the top challenger in 3 categories

  1. Highest decrease in body fat percentage 
  2. Highest increase in muscle mass
  3. Overall body composition changes
